Please any help? Christmas gifts for my 2 wonderful boys, due to me no table to work with so much medical issues. I am barely able to pay the bills, never enough.

Also the only thing I really need is due to all the medications I am on they have ruined my teeth. I only have 7 1/3 teeth on the bottom 3 of them need to be removed and only one molar. So it is hard for me to eat. I need the teeth removed and if there is a Dentist out there that can show compassion and or is willing to barter for work I would be happy to do that as well.
